For very small letters like that you're nearly always going to be looking at the Single Line fonts (it's a choice in the Text Tool) and a profile toolpath set to be on the vector with a very fine tool like a 30 or 45 degree engraving bit.

WEB12.10.18 C .5 BOLD SCRIPT STYLE FONTS.crv.zip. Vladimir Script is my Go To because most of my stuff is in the .15-.25" Font Height range, and it cuts well pretty much out of the box (and people seem to like it:) VERY rare for me to cut .5" font, especially connected Script styles, so reaching out to people who do.

I cut the back slats and the curved back leg with a slot for the seat slats on my Shopbot. This chair is far more comfortable than a traditional Adirondack chair.
