If in Wichita, don't miss seeing this statue. We visited both during the day and at night, and it was worth seeing. Stop at the nearby museum to get more information on the artist. Full review by Morgan F

Indian museum was good, but the Keeper of the Plains statue was awesome! Enjoyed how it overlooked the river! And the presence of the statue is a stunning presence! Full review by Valencia B

I loved the Native American display, well done. It was a very hit day and no shade. Where. You park your car it only takes 15-20 min tops to read everything and take plenty of photos. Full review by Maria B

Not sure. When there saw no dogs or other animals by those visiting museum

This is actually a road stop area so we stayed over night right there in the parking lot in a Roadtrek motorhome. Plenty of parking.

The last I heard..and I think it is accurate...spring and summer they light at 9 p.m. for 15 min..fall and winter they light at 7 p.m. for 15 min...but if too windy or rainy, they aren t lit. Even if not lit, it is a beautiful place to go. Great for pics..you can get really close to the keeper.
