Absolutely. I think they would enjoy the outdoor stuff, water, sand, play structures. Also there is a mock grocery store where they might enjoy collecting groceries and putting them into a cart. There are two areas one indoor and one outdoor for kids who are not walking much with various toys. There are a few other features I think he/she would like. I am sure your 15 month old would find something fun to do.

$12, $11 for military or teachers. The first and third Tuesday are free from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
