Hi, There are various public transport options. Most common is bus (MSRTC buses): you need to catch a bus to Malvan depot, Malvan Depot forms the central hub and hence there are buses from every nook and corner. Once you reach Malvan depot you can walk to the Malvan Jetty. Locals would call it "Dhakka". From jetty a boat will take you to fort. You can hire a Rick or there would be local taxi's too for Malvan Depot or Malvan market.
