Free and very impressive views. Entry is up stairs in a park area to the side of the library. It is about 3-4 stories high. A relaxing time to spend an hour or less.Full review by Clive W

The rooftop gardens are free and a real surprise find. Views of the river and the city are worth the climb up the stairs. Well laid out. Very interesting. Recommended.Full review by Gloucester68
