A:
Yes there is!! Parking on the street is very dificult and a bit stressful. Drive in to China town and they give you a flat rate depending on the garage.

Alcatraz and China Town are good choices. Sorry, but we didn’t eat in China Town this last time so I don’t have a recommended restaurant. I was there in January and my female travel companion and I were perfectly comfortable walking at night. We stayed just outside China Town.
