A residents' group is opposing a third application for a 5G mast which they say blights the landscape of the South Downs.

The mother of a three-year-old boy who has been reunited with his toy elephant which had been sitting in the window of a butcher's shop has trumpeted the power of community for its swift return.

Babar the elephant, who has appeared in dozens of children's books dating back to the 1930s, has been a toy, a movie character in films like Babar: The Movie and Babar: King of the Elephants and more.
