An Oregon inmate briefly escaped from a work crew in Salem on Friday, according to the Oregon Department of Corrections.

Police identified Grimm and inmate Brendan Poggi of supplying suboxone strips and pills to county prison corrections officer Caleb John McGeary, who turned them over to Poggi for money.
