Ohio State is traveling to the Cotton Bowl to take on Texas Friday and The Best Damn Band In The Land is going, too. The 12-team College Football Playoff is new this year and it’s bringing new challenges to OSU Marching Band leaders and members.

Now, Ryan Day and the Bucks prepare for Texas in the Cotton Bowl. Another tough task as Ohio State must play the Longhorns in their own backyard with Dallas being just a short three-hour drive from Austin.

Ohio State has reached the Final Four. The Buckeyes, the No. 8 seed in the first 12-team College Football Playoff, will head to the Cotton Bowl for a Jan. 10 game with No. 5 Texas.
