The World Wrestling Entertainment executive said during earning calls in the past that he saw a day when Netflix would continue to evolve and enter into live programming, much to the consternation of Netflix officials.

As WWE is about to have its premiere on Netflix, one of the biggest superstars in the history of the company, The Rock, has confirmed that he will be present at the occasion on Monday Night Raw.

Regarding Raw’s move to Netflix, Triple H said, “I think we’ll have a little bit more freedom in the format here.”

In a historic development, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) plans to move their prime time show, “Monday Night Raw,” to the Netflix platform starting January 6, 2025.WWE and Net flix have signed a contract to the tune of five billion dollars which will allow Netflix to distribute WWE content in select regions across the globe.
