US streamer Paramount+ has canned its much-hyped reboot of classic sitcom Frasier, with producer CBS Studios now hoping to find a new home for the Kelsey Grammer-fronted show.

Paramount+ has opted not to renew Frasier for a third season. Producer CBS Studios remains committed to the series and will it to other outlets.

Frasier will not be returning for a third season of its revived run, after the show was cancelled by Paramount Plus. The streamer doesn’t release too much in the way of viewership figures, but how Frasier has been canned suggests it’s all down to the limited popularity of the show's recent return.
