The largest Mega Millions jackpot won on a single ticket was for $1.58 billion for Aug. 8, 2023, drawing. Final sales pushed the grand prize to $1.602 billion. The winning ticket was sold at a Neptune Beach, Florida, Publix. Saltines Holdings LLC of Miami, Florida, claimed the prize.

A Mega Millions player from Florida has become a millionaire with a ticket bought during a trip to Publix. Megan Chora of Pinellas County has claimed a $4 million prize, the Florida Lottery said Oct. 30.

A Mega Millions player won a life-changing prize at a Florida liquor store. Someone in Kissimmee matched five numbers but not the Mega Ball in the drawing Tuesday, Oct. 29, to win $1 million, just missing the estimated $250 million jackpot, according to Mega Millions and the Florida Lottery.

According to the Mega Millions website, there were no jackpot winners anywhere in the country in the latest drawing. The jackpot now rises to $361 million, with the drawing slated for Friday at 11 p.m.
