Denzel Washington is a star who has very few sequels in his career, besides The Equalizer 2 and 3, as well as devouring most of the scenes in Gladiator 2. Now, he could have another one on the cards with word from producer Jerry Bruckheimer that talks are in place for a sequel to Crimson Tide.

It’s been 30 years since “Crimson Tide” sailed into theaters, scoring with critics and dominating the box office. If Jerry Bruckheimer, the producer of the 1995 film, gets his way, there may be more underwater nuclear brinksmanship in moviegoers’ future.
