Doron Steinbrecher, Romi Gonen and Emily Damari returned home after 471 days of captivity in the Gaza Strip. After such a long wait, the joy did not erase the anger felt by some Israelis, who have been calling for a ceasefire agreement for months.

There is no detailed plan in place to govern Gaza after the war, much less rebuild it. Any return of Hamas will test the patience of Israel, which has said it will resume fighting unless the group is dismantled.
