Former Penn State cornerback Cam Miller has reportedly made his decision out of the NCAA transfer portal, and he will not be going too far away from Happy Valley. Miller has signed with Rutgers, according to a report from Pete Nakos of On3 ( via X, formerly known as Twitter).

As a junior in 2024, Miller appeared in all 16 games, starting in four. He racked up 27 total tackles, five pass deflections and one sack.
