Ole Miss Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin made an admission about his program and about the Tennessee Vols on Saturday that UT fans will almost certainly agree with. Kiffin was asked after his team's win against Arkansas on Saturday about the SEC's new policy that was unveiled on Friday that punishes coaches for injuries that are deemed to be "faked".

Well, what Kiffin did worked. Ole Miss’s re-worked defensive line dominated in the trenches, holding Georgia to 10 points and sacking Carson Beck 5 times in the dominant victory. One year after Beck torched the Rebels for over 300 yards passing, he only managed 186 yards on Saturday, didn’t throw a touchdown pass and was intercepted once.

The 10th-ranked Rebels then fell behind to Oklahoma at halftime. In the 10 quarters since, Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin doesn’t think any FBS team has played better. “Some people would say right now we’re playing as well as anybody in the country, which we are,” Kiffin said.
