CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland State University is cutting three of its NCAA sports programs to reduce the athletics budget. The sports getting cut are wrestling, softball and women’s golf.

Our athletics department, like many other departments at CSU, has had to make difficult decisions regarding the programs we offer,' President Laura Bloomberg said.
