Cal Fire's state fire marshal was leading the investigation at the Inner Richmond home on 2nd Avenue, between Geary Boulevard and Anza Street, a Yolo County spokesperson said.

The address is the former home of Kenneth Chee, the owner and CEO of Devastating Pyrotechnics, who was denied a license by the ATF to acquire or possess fireworks.

Authorities raided a San Francisco home in connection with the deadly fireworks explosion that killed seven people in the Yolo County community of Esparto on July 1.
