Santa Rosa police found four people dead Wednesday afternoon during a welfare check.Officers went to the home on the 200 block of Monarch Court, in the Valley Vista mobile home community, just after 3 p.

Karen Squaglia, president of the Valle Vista management association, said a mother, her two adult children and a fourth person lived in the house.
