An ETF that can trade all day is investing in an asset that rarely changes hands. Figuring out what it’s worth is a guessing game.

A federal judge on Friday granted the U.S. Department of Justice's request to pause a lawsuit by Elon Musk's SpaceX claiming the agency lacks the power to pursue claims that the space technology company refused to hire certain immigrants.

Starlink plans to start beta testing its Direct-to-Cell service. The beta test will include its global cellular partners, including T-Mobile.

The incident highlights the growing issue of tensions between rocket launches and commercial aviation.

In 2023, Rocket Lab launched 10 times, but in 2024 the New Zealand-U.S. rocket company turned that dial to 16, making for some really easy math: Rocket Lab grew its launch cadence 60%, and thus exceeded SpaceX's 41% growth.
