The Los Angeles Lakers' enthusiasm increased after pulling off the seismic trade for five-time All-NBA First Team member Luka Doncic. Before the trade, the Lakers were doing well with Anthony Davis as they've won 27 of their first 46 games.

In the aftermath of his blockbuster trade to the Los Angeles Lakers, Luka Doncic is still coming to terms with his new reality. As shocking as the trade was, however, Luka says that his heart is now with the Lakers and that his loyalty has transferred to them in the wake of the betrayal by the Dallas Mavericks.

Tim MacMahon of ESPN pressed him on the Doncic situation, and he gave an even more embarrassing answer. MacMahon put forward to Harrison that Doncic would have "signed the supermax," asking why he did not sign him before trading him away.
