Mackenzie Blackwood frustrates former team, makes 44 saves in Sharks' win over Devils
Nico Sturm scored late in the first period and Mackenzie Blackwood made 44 saves as the San Jose Sharks beat the New Jersey Devils 1-0 on Sunday night. Sturm scored his third goal of the season when his backhand caromed off New Jersey's Timo Meier and past Devils netminder Jake Allen with less than four minutes to play in the opening period.
