Mississippi Senator Bradford Blackmon is raising eyebrows—and apparently some tempers—with his audaciously named “Contraception Begins at Erection Act,” which aims to make masturbation illegal unless the intention is to create a baby.

Mississippi state Senator Bradford Blackmon said he has been receiving death threats from men after he tabled a masturbation ban bill.

Mississippi Sen. Bradford Blackmon introduced a bill that would theoretically ban men from masturbating or engaging in other sexual acts when they have no “intent to fertilize an embryo.” Now, he claims that he has received death threats over the proposed legislation.
