LeBron James had 24 points and 11 assists before resting for the final quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers’ 134-96 rout of the Washington Wizards. While James sat out, his son Bronny played the whole fourth quarter and scored a career-high five points.

LeBron James is listed on the injury report with left foot injury management, and it's not certain if he will suit up.

Davis, selected for the fourth time in his six seasons as a Laker, is averaging 25.7 points, 11.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 2.1 blocked shots and 1.3 steals in 34.3 minutes.

It is often argued the Lakers should feel urgency to go for it this season because of LeBron James’ age, but it’s really Anthony Davis’ prime that should inspire the organization to go for it.
