Randolph County hosted its annual “Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs” event event on Saturday, offering an introduction to some outdoor activities for kids.

At the ceremony, one of the speakers said that only 6.7% of people ever graduate from college, and that the students should remember to use their education well.
