Rutgers has stopped the bleeding. The Scarlet Knights snapped a three-game losing streak on Monday, defeating UCLA to earn a crucial 75-68 win at Jersey Mike’s Arena that sparks a little life in a season that was quickly falling apart.

The first half ended with UCLA leading 33-30 – Rutgers cut it to three when Bailey threw down an alley-oop dunk on a lob from Harper that brought the crowd to its feet with 26 seconds to go in the half. The Scarlet Knights never led before halftime, but they were within seven points the entire first half.
