I've been doing OrangeTheory for 3+ years, 3x/week, and at times I see progress, but other times I don't. If I go 4 days without running, it's as if I've never ran before. My base pace is 5.0-5.2, push is 6.0, all-out is between 8.0-9.0. I'm definitely better at sprints than distance.

Hey guys, I’m scheduled for my free class tomorrow and I’m thinking about just going for the unlimited classes as well. I almost 190 lbs I’m depressed, I’m literally at rock bottom in life overall, looking for a new start . Mar 11, 2020 · Yes it is. Just go in with your eyes open and realistic about what you can do because it can be intense (but in a good way). Start slow, with maybe 2 classes a week and once you get comfortable with that start adding more classes. And consistency is key.
