Plug in a usb storage device or a SD card if you have a slot available. You should see the storage come in on the storage options, now you can click and navigate through the storage. I tried with a video and it worked great. Don't pick the oculus video app when given the option, it doesn't seem to actually play the videos.

When power button pressed goes to glowing oculus icon When Volume Up + Power for 10 secs goes to Android and warning sign (most likely indicating no firmware or os to boot with)
