Plug in a usb storage device or a SD card if you have a slot available. You should see the storage come in on the storage options, now you can click and navigate through the storage. I tried with a video and it worked great. Don't pick the oculus video app when given the option, it doesn't seem to actually play the videos.

Nov 27, 2019 · My quest 2 is stuck on glowing screen. When i hard reboot (power button for 30secs) - it goes back to chip download, completes it and then goes black. When power button pressed goes to glowing oculus icon When Volume Up + Power for 10 secs goes to Android and warning sign (most likely indicating no firmware or os to boot with)
