Personally, between 128/256 i dont see either as much space at all. Yes 256 is almost double the amount but anyone with a lot of data knows that 256 will fill rather fast and still need another option. I have the 13/8/128 with a slim external 1tb hdd. Use this for web design & minor photo/video retouching.

But with Samsung/Verizon offering a storage upgrade for free, the 512 was a no brainer. 256 because it was a free upgrade from 128 and more than enough for my needs (40GB of music + 30GB of photos). 256, got the same on my S21 Ultra and I got around 80Gb left.

There is a speed difference between 128 and 256. 128 is ufs 3.1 and 256 is ufs 4.0. ufs 4.0 is %100 faster. Even more. Just get the 256 on long term you will be happier. Think it like sata vs m.2 ssd. Definately go for ufs 4.0 which is 256gb. I'd recommend getting the 256.

May 27, 2023 · My iPhone has 128GB and I don’t feel to comfortable with it. 64GB on iPhone or iPad is nothing. 128GB is ok for an average person but 256GB is the sweet spot to feel comfortable with storage. 512GB+ is overkill. I got 512GB for my iPad. 128 is enough for me but I store everything on the cloud.
