If $4500 is your husband's take-home it would be even higher. Also, a real child support order can actually be enforced.

Aug 1, 2019 · Anyway, the ex feels that child support is only supposed to go towards the kid's essentials; i.e. food, clothing, shelter, etc. and is asking me to also split extra curricular activities- school sports, school trips, etc. To be clear, her expectation is that I pay for this in addition to child support. The Ex is one hundred percent correct.

It takes about 6 weeks to get a new enforcement order established in Texas. He can voluntarily make payments through the CSI website, but it probably won’t be garnished from his check for another 3 weeks.
