Aug 17, 2015 · The original free Windows 10 version 14393 developed the flaw. I updated Windows 10 with version 15063, and the problem was gone! I did it myself without help from MS techs, wonderful as they are. I opened the Windows 10 Update Assistant, it searched for updates, and led me to version 15063.

Since that is the only supported browser by Quickbooks, it is unclear whether they'll support newer browsers like Chrome or Edge on their upcoming version Quickbooks Desktop 2022.
