Gardens [SA2] - Chao Island
There are a total of three Chao Gardens for your Chao to live in. At first, there is only one garden available: literally named the “Chao Garden”. You can access the other two by raising Chao. Once you create your first Hero Chao, the Hero Garden will become available.

Chao Garden - Chao Island Wiki
This garden consists of green grass and trees, with a cliff face featuring a waterfall and a pond. It also contains the entrance to the Chao Stadium hidden under the waterfall, and is the only way to access it in all versions of Sonic Adventure 2. 2 regular Chao Eggs can be found here to help the player when starting their new save file.

The Neutral Garden also contains a waterfall with a cave leading to the Chao Stadium, where the Chao Race and Chao Karate (in Battle) can be accessed.
