Mon Wok Franchouillard ! Pour culotter un Wok, il faut le chauffer au maximum, il va commencer à noircir, c'est normal ! Une fois tout cramé de partout, on huile et on reparti l'huile partout, on vide l'huile et on laisses refroidir ! Pour la recette je jette tous les ingrédients que j'aime, mini maïs, mini carottes, champignons shiitake, petits pois, asperges vertes, de la poitrine de porc, du filet de canard et sa peau, le tout dans de la graisse de canard, du piment d'Espelette et suelques pa
