Ingredients 2 cups rice, washed 1½ cups olive oil 5 onions, finely chopped 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped 2 tablespoons dill 1 bag pine nuts Salt & pepper, to taste Juice of 1 lemon ½ cup extra olive oil 2 cups water (for the filling) 2 extra cups water (for cooking) 1 packet vine leaves Method Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onions until soft. Add the rice, parsley,
